Due to the merge, I think its best to bring up our potency requirements, to make sure we'd still get the quality members in WOC, and avoid recruiting ENEMY members noob characters in legion....
Effective today 03/19/09 WOC potency requirement has been changed to 250 BP (Without Mentor or Legion Potency share). Please pass the word, and Inform our Deputies and Generals, If you see or think that there has been an improper recruitment, Please whisper me and talk to me about it. Note that some of our members havent passed the said potency requirements but has been in legion way before the rule, They are still and will be honored in WOC.
