How about all the top members in our legion helps all the low lvl ppl. It'll be fun we all go to cata we try to team up fairly and try to help low lvl members to lvl up. If we do this once a week or maybe twice all the members will have fun and more ppl will join us after seeing us helping our members. Right?

Sounds like a plan, all I know is I help as much as I can, when I aint afk ( which is only 20% of the time ) LOL... And Im sure the rest of the members do the same, if theyre available.
